At SORANA, we offer a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days from the date you receive your order to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your SORANA Flow headphones must be:
In the same condition as received, with limited use
Returned in their original packaging, including all accessories
We reserve the right to refuse returns if the product shows signs of extensive use, damage, or misuse.
To initiate a return, please contact us at info@sorana.ca with your order number and reason for return.
If your return is accepted, we will provide:
A return shipping label
Instructions on how and where to send your package
Please ensure the product is shipped back before the 30-day return window closes.
Items sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval status.
If approved:
Your refund will be issued to the original payment method
Refunds are processed within 10 business days after inspection
Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card provider to process and post the refund.
